Andrea Jeremiah

Andrea Maria Jeremiah (born in India) is a Indian performer, singer-songwriter, and musician. Her main focus is Tamil as well as Malayalam movies. Her first appearance as an actor was in the Tamil film Pachaikili Muthucharam in addition to her Malayalam debut was with Annayum's Rasoolum. Andrea Jeremiah was raised in the Tamil Nadu region in an Anglo-Indian family. Her father is a Madras High Court lawyer. Andrea is the youngest sister of a researcher assistant who lives in Leuven, Belgium. Jeremiah was born as a child in Chennai. He went to National Public School. After graduation, he studied at Women's Christian College. Andrea, who began the classical piano at eight years old, was called being a "geek" and was aspiring to become a psychiatrist until the 12th grade exam. In her college she also was a theater artist and performed in stage plays organized by The Madras Players. The president was of the Women's Christian College's Student Senate. Andrea's stage career started with the play of Girishkarnad Nagamandala. She acted in new leo coffee advertisement with the actor Shiva in the year 2006. She also acted in a television show that was telecast on Podhigai. The actress has performed across India. She played a minor role on the Kanda Mudhal final (2005). Gautham Vaisudev Menon, who had her sing in Vettaiyaadu Vilaiyaadu and then wanted her to take on the role of a female lead in Pachaikili Muthucharam. Andrea plays Kalyani who is married and mother whose man has an affair. Andrea got the part of Kalyani after Simran Shobana, Tabu and other actors were approached. It was first released in early 2010. The film was released in August 2011. Venkat Prabhu released his multi-starrer Mankatha. She was asked to play a minor part in the film. Annayum Rasoolum was Rajeev's romantic movie that was released in 2013.
