Simone Biles
Simone Biles was an American gymnast born March 14, 1997 in the city of Columbus, Ohio. She is considered to be among the top athletes. She and her sister Adria had been adopted by Ronald Biles and Nellie Biles. Simone started to develop an interest in gymnastics when she was when she was six years old on a field trip to school to Bannon Gymnastix. Aimee Borman was her coach for the following eleven years. Biles won a gold in the floor and bronze in vault during the Women's Junior Olympic National Championships in 2010. She then stepped into the elite level of gymnastics in the year the year 2011. Within less than two years, she became the top athlete in her field. Biles was notable for her consistent performance, exuberant personality as well as the difficulty of her routines in all four events including vaulting, uneven bars and the balance beam.
